10/15/18 I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MARTIN AND HIS CREW. HE SAID HIS OFFICE STAFF (CASSIE) WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE REMOVAL OF A TREE AND TRIM SOME LILACS. SHE CALLED ONE HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP. THEY CUT DOWN THE TREE AND WERE SUPPOSED TO NEATLY STACK UP THE WOOD BUT INSTEAD JUST THREW THEM IN A PILE. THE LILACS WEREN'T TRIMMED EVENLY AND HE STATED THAT HE WANTED TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO CUT ANYMORE OFF, SO THEY WOULD COME BACK IN THE SPRING. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE YARD CLEANED UP (LEAVES AND BRUSH FROM THEIR JOB) AND HE SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD RETURN AT THE END OF THE DAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT. NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALL FOR TWO DAYS. WEDNESDAY 10/17/18 WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, CASSIE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE STOPPING OUT TODAY BUT STILL NO ONE SHOWED UP. THEY WON'T ANSWER TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS. THEY CASHED MY CHECK. ALSO MARTIN, I HAVE YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE INFORMATION SO I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT SO THAT NO ONE ELSE GETS SCAMMED. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
We had a oak tree over hanging our vacation cabin and mts did a great job getting tree down safely and at a low cost.
Marty you can make as many google business as you want- I will post this review on all of them. Dont Hire M.T.S trees. Marty Weidendorf. He is a scam artist who happens to know how to cut trees. He will steal your deposit and your will never hear from him again. Stole 2000 cash from me by fast talking. Shows up late so I wasnt able to be there to check his license and insurance certificate. Brings his goofballs team and they start limbing branches all over my yard. Tells my wife he needs deposit since he started work already. Gives her a signed proposal. When I show up to inspect and check his license and insurance says hes got it in his truck. Then says hees gonna get lunch and never returns! Doesnt return calls ever!
