The help I got from them was as follows: They gave me an initial interview. They asked me what I wanted to do based on what I myself wanted to do for a living. They then asked me how much I wanted to make. They kept in contact with me. Set up an appointment and boom! Did I have to make some last minute reschedules with my family and friends here and there? Yes! Was it worth it? Heck yeah! I found a place that gives me hours galore! Until I met them I had never even thought about job agencies or whatever these things are called. To sum it all up as with anything that you jump in blindly into the is some level of compromise one must always be prepared to do! If this was a bet I say I got a good return. If you looking for a place where people wish to help you and you are willing to wake up a bit earlier or cancel a hang out with your buds go give Robert Half a try and do keep an open mind! You wont regret it!
Terrible place. They don't care about you. They are more concerned about you registering with them so they show employers that they are well known and solicited than to give you a job.
My experience with them has been very rewarding. Very competent, up to speed and courteous. The entire team works together closely to assist their candidate. I got my position in a week's time and they thoroughly prepped me for it. Thank you RobertHalf.
This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had to date. I worked with Jennifer Deluca who did not set up me interview properly, insisted that i send my gratitude notes be sent to her to proof and were never sent to the hiring manager. She never responded to my emails or phone calls. I came to find out she never sent my notes avoided all my calls and emails. She ultimately cost me the job!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL....A degree means nothing today!!
