Frustrated I can’t give it ZERO STARS. Do not pay before you receive your product. Juan will keep the money and make up an excuse why you didn’t get either back. Worst experience ever. Do not use them. Thieves
I ordered team jackets from Prologo Solutions in 2015 and 2016. The jackets were cost effective however several names that we had embroidered were misspelled both times I ordered. They agreed to fix the names but you could still see the outline on the jacket where it had been misspelled. I planned on using them again this year however the owner claims he had an issue getting payment from me which is untrue and declined my business. I paid on time and in full for both orders. The property they operate on is also very sketchy. It was difficult to figure out where to go the first time and they have large dogs roaming everywhere.

Had some shirt logos put on for daughters school,and missed the pick up because of a death in the family. Called Juan several times no answer or call back. My wife was told to meet Juan at 3P.M and he was a no show! Terrible customer service and will not return phone calls.
