I had an amazing experience with ProSource. Everyone there is great but CYNTHIA JONES became my best friend. My husband and I redid the entire interior of our home and without Cynthia I would have gone crazy. She kept me calm and mostly on budget and everything I chose is a wonderful product.

I work for a restoration company in Florida that needed to find some discontinued flooring. After hours of searching I was able to find it here. Andy Heurta was excellent and very patient with us on how we were going to ship it. Thanks Andy for making my job just a little easier!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I called for weeks trying to schedule an appointment. Now I understand that covid has forced many companies to change how they operate. I was very patient with the staff every time I called and left messages to schedule an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Finally after 3 weeks of calling I was given a date and time. We arrived on time, was greeted by the gentlemen at the front and told to walk around and someone would be out to assist. Let me just say we walked around for 45 mins and NO ONE asked if we needed help. I watched other people come in and get all the assistance they needed. I was extremely upset. I will not spend my money at this place. And would not recommend this place to anyone.
I've been working with Michael from Prosource for several years now. He makes my job as an interior designer so much easier. I can take clients to the Prosource showroom and select tile, carpet, wood floors etc all in one place!
