I never complain about a place coming from someone who works in the service industry, but my god worst experience. Not enjoyable. First went to the bathroom, the toilet seat wasn’t even connected, toilet clogged and pee all over the seat. Am I not supposed to use the bathroom the whole time? Second, the music continuously changed as if someone was playing it on their phone. But most of all the service was just not right. When 2 people order food (the same food), it should come out at the same time, not 1 and then 10 minutes later, the next. I finished my drink and really wanted another one, but my server was no where to be found. Finally ready to leave, had to get up and ask my server for my check and boxes as she was sitting on the bar drinking. Never will I return.

I lived very close about a year ago, and I was here at least once a week(it's been about 9months since I've been) place is on the cozier side and has off street parking lot. I liked the decent food, good amount of hookah flavors, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. IMO the interior layout/seating could of been improved, but I've seen much worse ... It got pretty busy on weekends at times but not too overwhelming or crazy. I liked going on weekday nights, the vibe was always very chill and laid-back..yet I did go quite a few weekends also.
mediocre, not safe at best. Staff friendly yet that only takes you so far. This place needs a lot of changes. Honestly should be shutdown and properly re-launched. The truth is the truth. wish all good luck and blessings. Will leave it at that.
Customer service was terrible. Nobody was attending to our hookah, there was one coal on the hookah and my friends & I were trying to get their attention for about 15-20 minutes for them to put another coal or fix the hookah but they kept ignoring us or walking away saying they’ll take care of it but never did. Took a while for them to finally fix it. Music kept getting paused every 5 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Good food and hookah, especially on 1/2 off Monday. But he music is WAY TOO LOUD in the back and they refuse to turn it down. Can't even hear the person next to you.
A bit expensive with bigger crowds. Furniture in desperate need of repair. Gorgeous blond waitress.
Our waitress was servicing everyone around us but us. When we did get service it took a lot longer than necessary decent music ...prices were also good
