The melting pot is a unique concept with some amazing food. That said, I have a problem with how much food you get for the money you spend. Also, based on food quality alone, I would give this place a 4/5 but it took a very long time for the waitress to bring us food , and it took even longer for us to cook the meats in the pots. Not to mention that we spent a small fortune there. All in all, it was a good experience for my tummy but not my wallet. Although I can see why some people would love this place, I will personally not return.

Great experience and a lot of food. My recommendation is not to order a full meal for each person. Order one cheese appetizer and maybe one entree for 3 people. I imagine service depends on your server, but ours was great and provided a lot of information about how it all works. Fun activity.

It was a place I had decided to pick for my fiance as a surprise and our first experience. We were one of the first guests there. When we walked in, the visual of the atmosphere was pretty relaxing, but rather too posh. What was a bit upsetting is that we still had to wait to be seated, and when we were, we were walked to an area away from the open and placed in a corner. Our waiter was (...or is) a snob very conceded, nonchalant, and rude after he notice my fiance's ring on her finger. He started talking more about himself and what he knew rather than helping us through our experience for the first time. We didn't know whether or not we should adjust the temperature of the pot or if it was his duty. Also, be alert of what you do drink in that place. If you feel you're being made fun of in a mischievous and awkward manner, it's a possibility they may slip something in your drink. It's possible they may be racist, but only discreetly.

Three hours of dining seemed to pass in minutes as we enjoyed our four course fondu meal!! We had a group of 7 so we were seated in one of the many private alcoves. From the cheese course to chocolate dessert, deliciously crafted cocktails and fantastic service, the Melting Pot has become a must for us when we visit Orlando!!

My girlfriend and I decided to have a date night here after hearing others rave about it. Needless to say after hearing obnoxious comments from another waiter, receiving our salads at the end of our meal, having hair found in the prosciutto, 20 mins to get our drink order, and ending the night with upset stomachs, we will not be returning. However, they were nice to take the meat plate off our bill. Highly recommended attending another melting pot in a different location.

A neat experience, though the prices seem a bit steep and I find flavor is missing with their food/fondue sauces. I know a lot of people love this place, though I think it's more experiential than because of flavors.

Upon making my reservations online, specifying the reservation was to celebrate my anniversary. I received a phone call to confirm this, and was asked if I had any special requests for the occasion. I asked if there were any tables with views, and I was told there was one and this is where I would be seated. When my fiance and I arrived we were placed in the back of the restaurant near the bathrooms. There were fruit flies everywhere and the service was poor. We waited for the check to be collected, which never happened. When we brought the check to the hostess the waitress came back to process the bill and then acknowledged our anniversary. Sad that we spent our special occasion at the Melting Pot to receive this type of service.

Upon first sitting down we had to ask them to clean the burner and get us a new pot. We needed new clean silverwear. I got chocolate all over my sweater because they did such a poor job cleaning up after the party before us. Waited an hour for food and more drinks. Finally got up and left
