Kacy puts the child first. She doesn't just look at allegations, she looks also at mental health, police records, substance abuse and corroborative evidence. Gender, ethnicity and income dont matter to her. She's also not afraid to go against wishes of both parties, when determining safety and well being of the child. I highly recommend.

I'm very appreciative to Miss Borlik for everything she did to stand up for what's in the best interests of my children at the protective order hearing.

Kacey Borlik is on the least side of a guardian ad litems. When we went to court she was our gaurdian ad litem for my child and took side of my child’s perpetrator. I attend the group therapy at the Cjc in Utah County and a handful of people have told me that they have had bad experiences with her as well. I investigated her myself and found she was the least paid out of the guardians in that area. She is not very good at what she does.. you can tell she uses her title and doesn’t do her job appropriately. I believe that she should be investigated by professionals to see why she is letting perpetrators get away with messing with kids and being able to be around them after allegations of abuse. I am aware that her job is very hard and I know she has had years of experience. I also don’t know why she would agree with a molester and believe their lie to why they might have not molested a child when in fact they did. It is unfortunate that the state assigns her to people, she is not qualified.
