Taylor custom rings most definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I am extremely impressed and pleased with the organization. Had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Meagan. They're extremely knowledgeable, patient and know what customer satisfaction is. Spoke with more than 10 design companies for rings. As soon as Ashley responded to my enquiry, I immediately decided they were the right folks to make my wife's ring and I trusted them to do an amazing job. Got the rings and they're perfect. Will definitely recommend Taylor Custom Rings.

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Jerry. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from him 11 years ago, and I just recently had him design a mother's ring for my wife. Both experiences were AMAZING! Especially with the custom mother's ring for my wife. I came in with a design drawn out, and had in mind something very specific. He was able to take that design and make it into something that was going to actually be beautiful. He was very kind about reworking what I had in mind, and together we came up with something amazing. My wife loves it. Thanks Jerry!
Going to be honest, and pardon my French but, I was the customer from Hell. My first contact with Ashley was back in April and we just finished the other day (December). They work they did was quick and easy. The issue I had was with the place I purchased the ring from. When I got married my wife and I decided to buy a nice band and a cheap White Sapphire center stone until we could afford a nicer quality one. 8 years later, 2020, we decided to pull the trigger and get a nice diamond for her ring, as the the White Sapphire we had purchased had yellowed. My wife found Moissanite and we decided to give it a shot. The place we originally purchased the ring closed for COVID and I wasn't sure if they'd ever open again. Taylor's custom rings helped us get a beautiful stone and did a phenomenal job. My relentless emails never went unanswered. Months later we had issues with the other ring store, they had completely bailed on helping out, (not because we had the ring worked on elsewhere). I emailed Ashley and her and her husband helped with a recommendation of a place to help. I am very impressed with the level of service that I received. Thank you Ashley and Jerry. (ring is getting cleaned now, I will post a picture once I get it back.)
I LOVE my ring, and this is the place to get it done. We had great communication, and great customer care from them. Even when we decided on one ring, Jerry offered some advice and advised against the ring due to the style of the ring falling apart easily. (He used to work in a ring repair shop as well). He mentioned that this certain style of ring came in multiple times, and would lose diamonds all the time. TALK ABOUT HONESTY! He could have gotten a lot of money off of us, but he didn’t. We decided on a different style of ring and I love it SO SO much. It’s beautiful in every way!

Ashley was AMAZING to work with! I came across (and fell in love with) Taylor Custom Rings on Instagram about a year ago and when it came time to have some heirloom stones reset into a new ring and necklace I immediately reached out. From the beginning Ashley was professional, prompt in her replies and open to all of my wild ideas. She answered every single question I had (and I had A LOT) and was incredibly patient throughout the entire design process. I am in LOVE with the custom pieces she created and will treasure them for a lifetime. They were so helpful and easy to work with, and the ring turned out absolutely perfectly. They were prompt in communication, and as soon as I finalized the payment, the ring was shipped, and arrived across the country the very next morning. Couldn't have asked for more!
