H&R staff are top-notch. Allways polite and deal with any issue right away. We just had a major storm and were without water for a couple of days. H&R could have just waited for the power to come back on like anyone else would have. But instead they went the extra mile and hooked up generator for a couple hours to give everyone water. Thank you H&R!!

CROOKS!!! We lost our house due to foreclosure back in 2015 and it sold at auction in February of 2016. We moved out of the house in October of 2015. I called and emailed H&R Waterworks and notified them we were moving out and that BofA was taking care of utilities. I asked them to shut the water off (just like power company did when i called them) and was told they could not shut the water off and that we would be charged the base rate (25.00) till the house was sold at auction. My response to them was simple. The main water valve will be shut off and I'm not paying any more water bills from you. So we moved out and all was well.....so I thought. It is now June of 2017 and I get a bill from them stating we owe them 74.82 and that it was due February 26th 2016. So if I was not living in the house and I personally shut the main water valve off, how am I responsible for this amount that came out of no where??? I called H&R Waterworks and spoke with Erica S. who seemed friendly at first and then when I started asking about the bill and trying to understand how they can charge me when I wasn't living in the house, she got very confrontational and down right rude. I asked to speak with someone else in charge but she said there was no one else. So as of right now I still owe money to them for something.....still trying to figure out what. If your reading this H&R Waterworks, please feel free to contact me anytime when your ready to bring this thing to a close and handle this in a moral and ethical manner. Money doesn't just grow on trees for me and I'm not giving you money for something I didn't use.
