El Pueblo is comprised of many amazing individuals. The Therapists, Teachers, Direct Care Staff, Behavior Coaches, and everyone involved in the children's care truly change lives on a daily basis. It's impressive to see the energy and effort these individuals put into their jobs. The children can be challenging, however the passion from staff is relentless and makes a tremendous unforgettable impact.

Out of state treatment. Staff in the cottages need to have more authority over the children getting treatment. The therapist are not good when it comes to communication.

i have been with El Pueblo for going on 6 months and have to say that, yes, some days are defiantly more challenging than others with our kids, but at the end of the day to see them smile and know that you helped do that is all I need to say that I love my job, and would not let a bad day get in the way of that. The staff is awesome..Krista Ginn

Since having my child at el Pueblo, I have learned that another resident gave her acid, that she received her first same-sex kiss, and that the staff gave her therapy notes to her father without authorization - the same abusive father who abandoned my daughter three years ago! The ABUSER who is the root of her issues in the first place!!

I was a part of their diversion program. From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean, orderly, and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis.

El Pueblo has caring staff who work hard to support the kids' success. Their Clinical Director is amazing.

El Pueblo is working hard to make a difference in the lives of young people needing direction. I am proud to be part of an organization that is trying to make a positive impact on our region.

Need to learn to take care of their employees and fallow the federal law before some decides to sue them and have them shut down for not following the federal labor laws.
