Unable to get a delivery. Multiple calls to the number. Long hold times, promises to contact, no contact made, front line people are not helpful, the supervisors make promises and then a delivery is not completed. I am now 18 days out from my order. On emergency status. Was promised a delivery yesterday. Told yesterday I was 5th on the drivers list and assured it would be delivered. Called this morning at 0700 and the status was “now”. The rep is now telling me I am 5th on the list for today. Do not use these people!!! You will freeze to death before they ever arrive!!

They are always here in time to fill up before we run out. I know there is a schedule, but once I had to call because I was worried about the time prone was used and they arrived, no problem.
No Service in Pueblo west people are running low on Propane. can't get propane delivered. check facebook. people are 2 mo late getting propane that already paid... they don't seem to care since Amerigas bought out Mar Gas...I am trying to call anyone I can get ahold of today started at 8am.. no luck..
Called on 10/22/2020 for a propane delivery and today is 11/10/2020 and still no propane. I called to cancel with them and they have the nerve to tell me is 150 to empty the propane that is in there and 70 service fee to pickup the tank. Have you heard of just coming out to fill the tank I requested almost 3 weeks ago?? This place is a joke! Save yourself the time and hassle and go with a locally owned company in Pwest. Blue Flame is great!
Customer service and deliveries are terrible.. Wait times for customer service reps are over an hour Scheduled deliveries dont happen unless i call and complain. When Margas went under the Amerigas umbrella customer support went out the window. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Why are the customer representatives in the PHILLIPINES????
