I appreciate the time that was taken to treat me on my first appointment. All of my concerns were addressed. The office felt very comfortable, as was the staff!
Great Doctor, scheduled a month prior to visit and it was definitely worth it. He doesn’t push medication on you and rush you out the door like many doctors do. Takes his time and treats you with the best and most natural way possible. 100% recommend!!
Dr. Lodha is great (warm and knowledgeable; straight forward which I appreciate). However, the administrative staff is truly incapable of managing appointments or completing tasks which makes it incredibly difficult to a) get bloodwork requests b) schedule appointments c) confirm insurance coverage d) get prescriptions filled. Every time I have refilled my prescription, I have literally had to call the office 5-10 times (each time they say they have to ask someone else and will call me back, yet they never call back). When I finally reach someone knowledgeable, they promise to immediately refill the prescription, request lab test results etc. etc., but somehow, DO NOT. Constant errors and inefficiencies makes the experience so stressful. Once they even \lost\ my bloodwork, which meant returning to Quest during the height of COVID to get blood drawn a second time. I now ask that they wait for me to confirm that they’ve done something while on the phone with them. I can’t describe the amount of money and time I’ve waisted just trying to get this office to do what should be standard procedure. All this being said, I like the actual doctor enough to stay for treatment and hope the rest improves. If it does, I will gladly update my review.
I was referred to Dr. Lodha by a colleague years ago and I am SO grateful because he is simply the best in his craft. I trust his expertise and know that he is genuine in his recommendations in regards to my objectives to 'preserve' - I have found some doctors that push unnecessary treatments for the sake of profit. He has true integrity and a reassuring bedside manner. I no longer live in the city yet I still make the trip because I TRUST Dr. Lodha and his team for the results I want at the best possible value and experience.
