Michael has helped my workplace multiple times with multiple different issues. He is truly the best at what he does. You can tell he is passionate about his work, and is knowledgeable in a way that I can’t even wrap my head around sometimes. He really cares about his clients and wants to help you solve any issues, no matter how big or small they seem, and approaches it in a way that is helpful and personable. He likes to drop knowledge in there too, so that you’re learning a bit about what he’s doing to hopefully be able to have it be less stressful in the future. If you’re pulling your hair out about something, give Michael a call. Can’t recommend him enough.

A work. Michael is such an amazing tech, I HIGHLY recommend him. He knows how to problem solve in efficient and creative ways and is very good at assessment. He came in to look at a messed up system in our business that had multiple techs trying to fix it previously, and Michael was able to figure out what happened in the past and map out a plan for what needed to be done to make things work right. I've worked with lots of other techs during my time in administration and management, and Michael is BY FAR the best professional tech I've met. He's got natural ability, and I'm so glad we found him.
