Friendly staff, convenient bathing area for large or small dogs! The self-service dog-bath comes complete with a spot to attach their leash, dryer, towels & hypoallergenic shampoos- and my dog's fur is so soft & shiny now! Thank you! My only suggestion is that A/C is needed on super hot days

Owner is always friendly and helpful and doesn't make me feel bad about my rough collie leaving behind a snowstorm of fur after every blowdry.
Big Daddy's took the best care of my dog, Hugo!!! He was a rescue and felt anxious at first, but Taylor and Jessica worked with him to feel more comfortable and safe. From there it was all fun and games! Hugo always came home tired and happy. The dogs are never in cages and get to play/socialize all day. They do have a limited number of dogs/day, so I found it best to schedule regular days, but this policy also makes sure your dog is kept safe and gets the right amount of attention. I also used the boarding service at Big Daddy's too and it was amazing! Hugo got to play with other dogs and again was in a cage-free environment. They'll accommodate your needs if you have special requests. I even got occasional texts with pics so I knew Hugo was happy. Can't say enough great things about Big Daddy's. You won't be sorry for using them and your dog will be glad you did.
I have been bring my dogs to Big Daddy's for over 8 years. Rich started taking care of Cody when he was just a baby and he was so amazing with Cody. After we lost Rich and Taylor took over the great work they do continues. Taylor and Jessica worked with Cody and are now working with Milo. They do an amazing job. They help train Milo ( he started going at 4 months). Milo loves Big Daddy's! They help out on sometimes very short notice. They have kept Milo for a couple of days and he loves it. I would strongly encourage people to bring their babies to Big Daddy's. You won't be disappointed. Milo can't wait to get out of the car to go play! :)
It was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be taking my dog again for a wash.
