I’ll provide the facts of our dealing with Blue Line and you decide what you would rate them. We have well water and wanted a filtration system that would work flawlessly for decades providing potable water clean enough to drink, leave washed surfaces spotless and to pass through our faucet and irrigation spray heads without clogging. Blue Line analyzed our well water and assured us that the system they quoted us would achieve our goals. Everyone in the company confirmed that they had never had any maintenance issues with any of these systems they had installed. We paid the premium price of 21,460.24, and the system was installed. The first two years that the system functioned, there were chalky spots etched on every surface we wash and we had to drink bottled water. Blue Line made adjustments to the system, which dramatically reduced the chalky spots, but the damage was permanently done to our shower doors and glassware. The other thing that occurred during that period was that turquoise beads built up in all of our spray heads clogging water flow and the heads had to be replaced. In the 3rd year of owning the system, it failed. It took over 3 months of gentle reminders to get the failed parts replaced, which were free due to the warranty, but Blue Line charged us for their labor to handle the warranty parts. So, you decide. Did we get our money’s worth?

The team was amazing, got everything sorted out within a 48 hour span when I wasn't receiving water to my house. Pump had failed me and they took their time to work with my home warranty and explain the entire process. Nothing better than getting quality work done and also getting to learn about how it works. I have an amazing pump and tank with a new electrical system now but I also know how it all works. Thanks guys.

Blue Line water was amazing to work with. Mark, Donny, & Chris went above and beyond to get our system up and working to fix our terrible well water. It was a tough job and they kept adapting and going back to the drawing board when things didn’t go as planned. They will be our forever water people. I can’t sing their praises enough.

Excellent service from Donald. He worked around my work hours so I didn't have to take time off work and it was a full new install. He was very professional and friendly. I also felt that he went above and beyond explaining things and he also found an issue with my well that I was not aware of (was able to fix on our own). I spoke with two other employees ( office and consult) and they were great as well. Highly recommend and if you're able to request Donald, do it!
