The lady who helped me was nice. She seemed to be working alone but was friendly, quick and helpful. I went for an employment drug test and only had to wait 15-20ish minutes for my turn.

I must say if you dont have health insurance get it..my experience was organized and i was very comfortable even for a strained back..they also sent me to PT and Jessica is amazing.very thorough evaluation and it was a learning experience as well..i will get better i will be fine thanks lord for your medical personnel.Especially Jessica.

The front desk is by far the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I DO NOT recommend this Puyallup office!! I have been to other locations in years past and experienced great service. This one is TERRIBLE Do not go here is my recommendation (3850 S Meridian Suite 10, Puyallup, WA 98373)

I didn’t have a good experience here. I showed up at 8:30 for my 9:00 appointment (standard physical) and wasn’t seen until 10. The physical itself was just fine. The nurse was nice and did a great job. Unfortunately, after the nurse’s portion of the physical, I was informed the physician was on a conference call and wouldn’t be available for another 2 hours. They asked me to wait until he was available. After waiting 2 hours, the physician’s portion of the physical took about 10 minutes. The day after my physical, they called and said my blood samples had been lost and I needed to return for a blood re-draw. I was required to go here for work. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you don’t have to.

I was greeted fairly early after signing in, the lady that helped me was very courteous. She got me in fairly quickly and was polite. She instructed me on what to do and got me out quickly. I unfortunately do not remember her name, but she stood out to me. Your facility was really clean and your staff really helpful
