Great rental service. Worked with Mike and he made sure we were taken care of and equipped for our ride. Pickup and drop off were an easy and straightforward process. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future if in the cascades again looking for a rental.

I was in town from New York this past week with an itch to ride the Pacific Northwest. Avoiding Eaglerider’s basic bike list and impersonal recommendations, TourUSA checked every box. Mike and the rest of the team were very professional and provided fantastic communication and customer service through the rental experience. I did not give much advanced notice to the team and they were able to prepare a bike and assist with identifying a ride for me within two days! The BMW GS700 was a great bike for a 7 hour / 200mile tour of Mt. Ranier and the glorious roads surrounding it. All of this possibility within easy riding distance of TourUSA’s location. I would highly recommend TourUSA rentals to anyone who wants to see this part of the country in the very best way, on a bike! I will definitely be back next time.
