They are not an organized. The owner is trying to do all the work. Plus he did know how to work my credit. The whole amount was charged. Then no work started. After many calls, his young son send to start the repairs. I stop the order after many calls with no answer. Drove too the office and it was closed with a note on the door \gone to Atlanta pick up supplies\. Call his cell phone if needed. So I call my credit company to dispute his work efforts and falsely using my credit car. So I rate the company as very poor.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their work is sloppy and he raises the price after he already gave a total price. The counter tops had to be done over n over again and it still was sloppy. When I called to complaining the lady said they would call me back and they never do. I have called a numerous times and sometimes i call days straight till I got a hold of someone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND WANTS GOOD QUALITY WORK DONE.

This business is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever dealt with, only gave them 1 star because I had to. I paid in full to have 3cm granite and rectangle under mount sinks installed in my bathroom. They installed 2cm granite (which is cheaper/thinner) and oval sinks (not what I paid for)! The owner and manager offered to refund the difference in materials and discount the job since it wasn't what we originally picked out. It's been a month now and no refund has been issued and the secretary refuses to let me speak with the owner to try and resolve this matter. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!!!!!

My experience with PW Granite design group was 100% positive. Marvin Turner was helpful, courteous and considerate. He listened to what I needed and ensured the project requirements would be met. All craftspeople provided quality work. Any concerns were addressed promptly. The cost was well within budget.

Terrible place to work. Owners are sloppy, nasty, unorganized and deceivers. Glad I don't work there any more.
