One of the worst Qantas lounges I’ve ever visited. Poor food. Some paninis and a grill that requires voodoo. Basic other food. No amenities other than food and wifi. Windowless room. This is worse than a usual North American domestic lounge. Lazy lounge dragon who kicked everyone out more than an hour before the flight. Flight is leaving early. She really said that. Yeah, nope. Massive fail.

Friendly and helpful staff. Newspapers, tranquil ambience, toasted paninis and fresh fruit. Perfect for our needs. Good coffee.

This is a great lounge. Small but great. All you people whinging about it need a wake up call. The staff are polite and friendly and the lounge is sensational with great food and drinks and nice toilet facilities.

We were told when this moved to the current location over 2 years ago it would be temporary. Clearly that's not the case. For a business lounge, very poor. Not enough seats, food is basic and if you are lucky the internet works. At the very least needs updating.....Not the standard I have grown to expect from a long time customer, almost always business, of Qantas.

It's difficult to rate when it's only open a couple of hours a day - ridiculous when flights are leaving all day for Qantas business partners who are supposed to have access to the lounge. Unfortunately, with our flight being delayed 13 hours, the lounge wasn't open so we were stranded and left to wonder the airport. Extremely disappointing.

Very basic lounge. Was about a 15 minute leisurely walk (I stopped to look at the koi in the ponds) from the security gates. Have to ring the doorbell to get in (Korean Air next door has a greeter) because there's only 2 people working. Food was self serve and consisted of fruits, turkey sandwich squares, cup of noodles and liquor (no beer). At least it wasn't busy and it had adequate wifi. Updated as on 4/27 - This review is specific to Philippine Air's partnership with the Qantas Lounge. My flight was delayed by a couple of hours so figured I could stop by and sit in an air conditioned room and use my laptop - nope. Apparently they're only open 1 1/2 (or maybe it was 2) hours before regularly scheduled Qantas' flights. First world problem for sure (the life of lounges is relatively new to me) but come on!

Worst Qantas "Lounge" I have ever been to. Practically impossible to find two seats together. Food options limited and very basic. If you are Qantas Gold/Platinum travelling on QF, go to the JAL/Admirals Club close by - much nicer and much more room.

Small but clean & quiet lounge. Basic food and drinks available, wifi connection ok.
