We've leased a truck for several years. We've had one problem after another with the truck, very expensive problems. There is NO customer service at all. You cannot get anyone on the phone, no body returns emails. We've called and emailed for over 3 weeks and nothing, no phone call, no emails no help. You cannot get anyone on the phone. No body knows what's going on. Our truck is broke down right now and if they don't contact us we'll have to leave it where it sits and be done! Somebody please call us.

This was my first time doing business with quality and it was great from start to finish! I drove four hours to pick up two international prostars that when I inspected them before delivery they were in immaculate condition and ready to go. The sales team is friendly and professional I will definitely be using Quality for all my equipment needs from now on!!

We leased our trucks through Beau Masters and I have to say he has been an amazing help to me and my husband through this entire process. He has worked diligently to get our account done right as well as making sure we had good quality trucks to get us into. There was one issue with one of our trucks and Beau made sure to get it taken care of right away at their expense. I am very pleased with him and this company. I highly recommend dealing with Beau Masters when you need your next truck.

They have changed since there break away from Celedon and are not honoring contract agreements made prior to the break. Such as in my case I requested a deferment as my truck was broke down for over a week when I called they wanted a letter from the company doing the repairs which was (Rush) and the girl said " you need to plan better like a business" I told her I did and when I signed the lease the 6 deferments were part of my plan. Before the break it was a simple phone call . I'm feel there will be more issues now

It's been good here, they worked with me when the truck went with Def issues and the process getting the truck wasn't bad... But family issues not the company might have me walking away from the truck down the road if it don't get better. Do anybody know how that process works for future reference if I need to make that move?

Know a guy having problems with this company. After reading several upon several of these reviews. I’ve noticed Quality isn’t giving the service they should because they are spending to much time apologizing online. 200 reviews and 2 stars. Tells me enough.
