There are great.they don't give me no bs because I'm a woman. I know nothing about cars. But when I go to them tell me in my opinion what is wrong with my car. And they do not charge you millions of dollars for problems that doesn't cost millions. In other words they are fair.

I went for a full check of my vehicle today and I was extremely happy with the service. Jayro helped me figure out what could potentially be wrong with my car based on what I told him so we knew exactly what to have the mechanic check. They gave me fair honest advice. Also, I made an appointment and they were right on time. I will absolutely be back to get more work done on my car here.

Oil change (with appointment) took an hour and a half. Just an oil change. An entire 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let that sink in for you. Staff is friendly but the mechanics need more urgency. No reason why an oil change should take that long. UPDATE: added a star, Firestone was very good and fast with responding to my concern and offering apologies. I received a phone call within 24 hours of submitting my feedback to Firestone.
