I purchased monthly wash only to find out I was banned later simple because I \wash too much\...really? then why did you offer an all you can wash plan?

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I paid over 250 for a full detail inside/outside including removing overspray from a car I had just purchased. They told me it would take about 4-5 hours for it to be done. They called us to pick it up and right away we saw that the overspray was still on the car. They told us they never said that it was included; which was incorrect because I would have never paid that much for a detail. So they agreed to do it but it would be another couple hours. We returned a couple hours later to see that they had claybarred OVER the wax and didn’t apply a new coat of wax on the car. The inside of the vehicle looked like they just took a greasy wipe and wiped everything down but didn’t remove the dirt. We were very frustrated at this point and they had already had my vehicle for over 7 HOURS! It was getting near closing time and I need my car for work the next day so we left. NEVER AGAIN. I have tried to contact them but I have heard no response.
They accepted my expired coupon, I think that's awesome! Plus they do a great job, 5 starts for sure
This young man worked hard and did a great job cleaning my pickup inside and out. Very happy with this place. Will be back.
Great car wash for either a quick exterior or full service wash. My car(s) always look fantastic afterwards!
