Did an online order last night. Picked it up and got it home, it was the wrong order. Took it back and made sure our order was correct. Got home an hour and a half later. The bread on the sandwich was dry, the lettuce in the salad was not good, there was only five pieces of chicken in my salad, they left the cranberry off my mother's turkey cranberry sandwich. For our trouble we were offered an apology and a cookie. I am sorry, that just doesn't cut it. We have loved Kneaders since our son took us to the original Orem location when he was in college. This is not our first bad experience at this location but it will be our last. I plan to get my salads in the future from Salad and Go where I have never gotten an wrong order, bad lettuce and they give you lots of meat! All that for a third less. You should have comped the meal, your final mistake.

LOVE their French toast. Topped with the super yummy buttermilk syrup and strawberries . We even had the sourdough pancakes for breakfast which were delicious as well. Can’t go wrong with anything at Kneaders but they definitely are in my top breakfast places to eat.
Who puts onions on a BLT? You would think that restaurants would love the business they are getting yet they can't even pay attention to detail! Last time your company will swipe my credit card. Unfortunately adding you to the long list of banned restaurants!

Love the breakfast! Great options, from hearty to healthy! Of course you can't go wrong with the French toast. The oatmeal was tasty as well, the fruit that came with it was nice and fresh! The empolyees are always very friendly and helpful.
