The review is not of the doctor herself but the establishment. I am fully aware of the covid situation and I understand not wanting to overcrowd your waiting area with non patients but to tell a mother her underage son cannot wait for her inside and that he had to wait outside is unacceptable to me. I just hope the physicians are better that the administrators.

Wonderful staff and doctor, I have been coming to this practice for over seven years and do not have a single complaint! The staff is extremely courteous, efficient and helpful; and this has been so important to me given that I am expecting my first baby in the midst of a pandemic. Dr. Hessel is very knowledgeable, takes her time to explain things to her patients, and makes the patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is an amazing doctor, and I highly recommend her!

I went to Dr. Hessel’s practice for prenatal care and I have to say the staff there are some wonderful people. When the pandemic hit they did everything to ensure the safety of patients while also keeping everything very normal. The communication with the staff and care they offer was wonderful. Quick service and constant updates on your results. While these are crazy unprecedented times they kept everything very organized. Thank you to the staff for what they do and how comfortable they made me as a patient feel.

I love this place! Excellent Doctor! Excellent Staff! Excellent service! Staff are friendly and efficient. Shout out to Edna at the front desk - A very sweet lady, accommodating and helpful in so many ways. She is awesome!!! Dr. Hessel on the other hand is knowledgeable and thorough. She takes time to patient and answer all your question, never in a rush. I’m glad I found this place!
