Our company just leased a new HP Multifunction Printer from FineStar and we received it last week, everyone love this device and it’s functionality. We received a really good deal for the lease and the service, nothing to compare to the last company that we were dealing with, it took them few days to attended a service call and our machine was down for weeks. We are so happy, we will recommend FineStar to any company that we conduct business with and to our vendor. They sent us a technician the same day few times and resolved few issues with other printers quickly.
FineStar Imaging is fabulous! I so appreciated his help with a few situations so far. He's fast, does good work, and is reasonably priced. He is also very kind person to work with. Very grateful!
Excellent, the technician fixed my printer in no time. Saved me buying a new one and also gave me some tips on how to care for it. Always use the genuine inks. Cheap ones end up destroying your print heads.
Absolutely five star service. My principal HP printer stopped feeding paper. They had the replacement part and were here in two hours. He quickly resuscitated the printer. This was a flawless experience in every respect. The serviceman was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained precisely what he was during. This was a flawless experience in every respect!
