Andrei and his understudy, Ivan, are consummate professionals who take great pride in their work and for good reason. These people are good. They come from an old school of artistry and craftsmanship that is not often found in any area of our lives these days. His price was not cheap but fair, given his skill set. He completed the restoration on time and on budget. Excellent job. Museum quality.

Andrei performed a miraculous repair on a clients broken brooch. It was cranked in multiple places and now looks completely like it originally did. It was a pleasure to deal with him and they were also very prompt. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!!!

I had a piece of very unusual and delicate ceramic art break when the gallery shipped it to me from Japan. The gallery in Japan recommended I call Hermitage as they had used them in the past with excellent results. The damage to my piece was very extensive and particularly challenging. Hermitage was able to fix it so perfectly that the repair is truly and completely not visible. The artist has since seen the repaired piece. He did not know where the piece had broken and was unable to find the repair, it was that perfect.
