Store manager with glasses is extremely rude. She needs to learn how to speak to someone without being rude. I walked up to the door after I saw patrons entering the store and she says we're closed, I said she just let 3 people in and with an attitude states \ they forgot their cell phone\ practically yelling at me. Re-evaluate the quality of your employees here. Especially the person that should be leading by example and who you entrusted to run and operate your business. What a representation of this company.

Bad customer service. Cursing sales people right in front of the kids, rude and inappropriate behavior.
Have nothing against the store and the brand but the service on this location is just terrible. The girl with glasses has no manners at all and no idea how to talk to customers and to people in general. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Have been visiting this store for around 2 years and every single time she attracts my attention with her unprofessionalism, even few times heard how she was using curse words. If there was a way I wouldn't even give 1 star
Pathetic customer service and horrible sales girl with glasses.. U are losing all your business due to such horrible sales folks... Straighten up your team before you need to close down
