It was good, but we had to search for the coffee this morning:( They hold it downstairs due to COVID. Odd. And, they need to splurge on real creamer! Also- two people checking us in meant a 30min wait. Don’t come at 2!!! People are allowed in water park early- they all came at once and desk coverage did not measure up. Kids enjoyed water park.

Really nice theme park for kids and parents of all ages. Close to Lake George in the Adirondacks. It's an absolutely gorgeous part of New York State. Check out the Comet Roller Coaster that was relocated from Crystal Beach many years ago.

We enjoy the comet, and the water park the most. The attractions are the best ever. I have been coming since 1983. My only complaint with the park is the prices. I wish you guys would run it a little more like Charles did. He was a community man. And a dear old friend. His spirit however lives on in the dream of the best park ever.

This stay was better than our last. Our room was clean. I always bring my own cleaning products and disinfect the room before my family comes up and the room was actually clean only a little food behind the couch. We did get neighbors our 2nd night in and o boy they were very loud. Everything was open in the water park. Staff was friendly. There is a lot of trash in the parking lot also Christmas decorations are still hung up. The water park could use a green thump update . Overall no real complaints from me.

I was very worried about this place due to many negative reviews, now I am so happy that we went. From the sweet lady that spoke to on the phone, I wish that I could remember her name, but she has like 15 grandchildren that we spoke about, to the awesome front desk girls, especially Brittany and Hannah and the rest also, to every single person that we met on the way, our expectations were exceeded! Loved it!

Just wanted to let you know about our stay this past weekend at your hotel. We had an amazing experience with the check in staff and the staff at Johnny Rockets! They were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better stay! Also, the cleaning in the hotel was top notch! We weren't worried in any part of the hotel. Glad we chose Great Escape Water park for out stay!
