I called last night with a semi emergency. Spoke with Mike. Thank you Mike for being thoughtful and took the time on the call with me. Because I was impressed with Mike I called in the morning to see if I could get oil right away. I was out. Barbara answered the phone. Talking with her felt like talking to a neighbor that always makes an extra banana bread and brings it to you. She was warm and very kind. My delivery came. Thank You Juan, a very polite young man. Then I went into the office to fill out paperwork. That's when I met Pat. I told her that I was first skeptical about going with a big company. Because you sometimes feel like a number. But this company has the feel of a Mom & Pop store. Makes me almost happy I ran out of oil...Almost... My 94 year old Mother and I Thank You !!!
