After 4 quotes and many hours of conversations with other providers, there was no question that Roberto and team are the best choice when considering a solar system. Roberto not only had the best price but it's clear he focuses on what he knows best, which is creating and installing solar systems, rather than the other companies which require you to take loans with them and confuse you with rebates etc. The process of getting our system planned and installed was easy and Roberto is very responsive to questions and messages. After discussions with other solar energy system installers, we chose RCC Solar, based on great recommendations as well as price, and it was was an impressive experience from our initial meeting, all the way to any follow-up questions that we had. The owner, Roberto Helmeyer, gave us quite an education on solar energy as well, as he is an electrical engineer. He delivered our 45 panel solar panel system ahead of schedule, supervised every step of the process, and was always responsive to our needs. We could not be more pleased with his company and our new system. Our Duke Energy bill was 12.60, their minimum administration charge, during the first month after the installation. We also get credit for the energy we put back into the grid. What a joy to see our electric meter turning backwards! Also importantly, there are significant tax credits to be earned with the installation of a solar energy system. If you are thinking about going solar,We highly recommend RCC Solar.

Roberto has been one of the most competent and trustworthy contractors I have dealt with in a long time. I spoke with Roberto and another larger company out of Greenville. I was quoted similar systems and Roberto was much more competitive. Roberto laid out a system and a time frame for the project. At the end of it all, Roberto and his company had provided me with a better system than we had agreed on. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame, looks nice and neat and functions as promised. One of the best things I can say, is that Roberto kept in constant communication with me. He showed up when he said he would and did the job he promised he would do. Don't be foolish and not give them a call. Excellent local company that actually cares about their customers!
