I waited till I had used it for a few weeks to write a review. I bought the custom drop in copper workstation farm sink with a Waterstone faucet. First, the sales process is excellent. Dino is a wonderful guy and passionate salesman, and he is available to answer any questions personally. He really got us exactly what we wanted. Second, constructing the custom sink and delivering was as per quoted time frame, quite a feat during a pandemic. The delivered sink was in a sturdily constructed packing crate, beautifully packaged and signed by Dino (kind of like the sink version of a Carrol Shelby automobile). The instructions for installation were very clear and I was able to accomplish installation in few hours without a granite counter guy or plumber, by using YouTube tutorials. Third, the fit and finish are just wonderful, especially the clear coat protected patina on the farm front. Last, the performance: this sink is very simply a time saver. Dino has thought of everything in the way a sink is used to make it a pleasure to wash dishes, wash vegetables, thaw meat, or prepare on fitted cutting board; all in a comfortable work height with perfect drainage. My advice, don’t hesitate on the price. A worthwhile investment.

We are very happy with our custom copper farmhouse sink! The house we recently moved into had a crack in the counter behind the kitchen sink, and we were looking for a solution without replacing the existing granite. Rachiele Sinks came up during our search, and when I reached out, Dino spent nearly an hour chatting with us discussing our options. We loved everything about his sinks - USA made, highest quality copper, and ergonomically-friendly design! Dino helped us design a retrofit farmhouse apron sink, which allowed us to replace our old sink and address the cracked granite without changing the existing counters/cabinets. The custom sink has a rear deck with side extensions to address where the crack was. I carefully took the measurements, and though I was nervous if it would fit properly, Dino assured me over and over again that it will work. Sure enough, we had it installed, and it is PERFECT! It is now the highlight of our kitchen and we love it! I feel fortunate to have found Dino and Rachiele Sinks. The level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism was above and beyond. During the process, I learned so much about sinks, copper, and all the hard work that goes into each Rachiele sink. I am now a huge fan and very excited to put our new sink to good use! Stumbled upon these copper sinks on You Tube. Called Dino who took the time to educate me on the differences between his product and \others\. Placed an order. Then our kitchen remodel changed. Dino worked with us to make sure the sink would fit our allotted sink area. Entire process was easy. Dino has a knack for making his customers feel special and unique. We are enjoying our sink. Everything that was promised has happened. If you want a personalized sink of HIGH quality, this is your company. AND MADE IN USA!!!
Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! Dino & his team are willing to go the extra mile. If you have a nagging question at 3am on Sunday, he’ll answer the phone & take care of you. The sink Dino & his team designed & crafted for us is amazing, functional and beautiful! We couldn’t ask for more!
Our sink from Dino is fantastic! The ergonomics are superb. The cutting board ledge makes prep so much faster. It is quiet and beautiful. When designing the sink Dino was incredibly personable, generous with his time educating me and answering my endless questions. Through he has a team and company to manager and many other customers, every time we talked it felt like I was the only person on his mind. If you want a sink for real cooking or if you want a beautiful showpiece to make it look like you do, a Rachiele sink is the only way to go.
