This place is a fraud ! Accidentally a resident sent in an order for a IV antibiotic for home infusion. The prescription was filled even though no supplies or nursing were set up for patient . They refused to reverse the claim . This is a less the reputable pharmacy - they filled the script out of greed for the almighty buck! This Patient cannot mix her own antibiotics , she has no supplies, she has no nurse coming to the home to help with her infusion. This pharmacist knew this and still proceeded to fill the prescription . This is fraud ! And this pharmacy has been reported to CMS for Medicare / Medicaid fraud ! FRAUD IS AGAINST THE LAW!

Beautiful new store
I went today to pick up a prescription for my father. I said \hello I'm here to pick up a prescription\- the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and looked like me as though i was an intruder. She told the employees on the back what I was asking for and directed me to go around the back. The pharmacist was the only nice person I dealt with. However, I am writing this because of what happened when I went to pay and had to deal with the lady at the front again. She told me how much the medication cost and I gave her the money. She then threw the change and receipt on the table like I was contagious. I completely understand that she wants to limit contact and trust me, I do not want anyone touching me either. But there are much better ways to do that. She could have gently placed the money down on the table. Her demeanor from the moment I walked into the store until I left was rude and apprehensible. There are many other places that my family can take our business where customers are treated like human beings. 11/18/2020- Thank you for your reply. I just want to clarify: the medication we get from your pharmacy has always been delivered to us. The only reason I volunteered to pick it up on Sunday was because it would not have been able to be delivered until Monday after 4pm and my father needed it right away. it was never an option for the prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy. If anything this experience showed my family that we should have been using a pharmacy closer to us all along. I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
Discharged from The hospital On Friday instead of leaving prescriptions alone unit their religious observation is over that fill them leave them undelivered until Sunday, which the shop closes at 3:30p, then tell me to expect a delivery after 4p (it is now 5:29p) and I have not had the meds since Friday rounds before discharge. This is not the first time, but certainly will be the last time. And mind you NYS Has limited governing power over these \RX cowboys\ What goes around comes around Rafieh Rx. Think about this at sundown today before your 2 day religious observance. SHAME ON YOU!
