I went with my family of five to go on a swamp tour, and it was wonderful. The tour guide was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. We were on a small boat with another family of four. There are nine normal guest seats, then one next to the guide. The tour company owns about 1,000 acres of private swamp land. This is especially nice because no other groups will be out on the water at the same time. I gave the tour four stars because I do not think it would be enjoyable for children under the age of six, or the elderly, as the motor is very loud (they do provide earmuffs) and there are no seat belts, and the ride can be very bumpy. Although, there was a small child on the same boat as us, and I saw an elderly couple waiting to get on the boat as we left. The tour did also start about ten minutes late, but I can forgive that because we were the first tour of the day and they were getting the boats ready. Overall this was a great experience for my family, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Our guide Jeff was very cool! Explained everything as we went and knew all the facts about the area and the wildlife. Best tour I've ever been on! Recommend it 100% if you're ever in the area! The entire staff was nothing but friendly and accommodating. Can't give them enough praise! Will definitely be bact the next time I'm in the area.
“Mistakenly” signed up for this tour instead of a much more popular one. By far the best mistake we made this vacation. Crew was professional, capt was extremely knowledgeable and did his absolute best to make sure the experience was one to remember. Highly recommend this tour.
My family had so much fun on our tour!! There was initially a mixup with our reservation, but the owner of the company was very accommodating and we were able to come back the next day for a private tour.... I am so thankful they worked with us! The owner gave us our tour and you could see that he genuinely loves what he does!! Very knowledgeable and was so good with our young kids! We saw tons of wildlife including birds turtles raccoons and of course gators!!!! I highly recommend you use this company if you are looking for something fun to do near New Orleans!!!
Quite simply the best swamp tour in Louisiana. How many companies will you to and have the owner give you the tour, not many. It is this kind of dedication and genuine concern for his customers that permeate the whole organization. On top of that this us the swampiest tour our there amidst many cypress trees and a nerve racking amount of gators all lending ti a thrill that you must gi experience for yourself!!!
Great experience! Our guide, Jeff, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did his best to ensure that everyone on the boat saw the alligators.
What a wonderful Swamp Tour. It was awesome to see gators up close in their wild environment! The guide was very informative and engaging during the entire tour. Being locals we have tried a lot of tours and this one was authentic in every way! We will be seeing you again soon!
Great experience. Tours are well worth the money spent. My 5 kids ages 3-25 ALL had a blast!!!
