Rainy Day Records is one of the businesses I love most in Olympia. Today just reinforced my appreciation for them. After a long and frustrating ordeal regarding a record that was incompatible with my turntable, they were super friendly and understanding after I returned one copy, and then the next once I realized the issue. While I was saddened to not add the album to my collection, they made the process of returns less of a hassle and even recommended a few good options for upgrading my hardware. As a teenager getting into vinyl collection, I couldn't have asked for a better local shop to fuel my hobby. I look forward to sustaining my support for Rainy Day Records in the future for all my audio-related purchases!

Rainy Day Records is a staple of downtown Olympia. They boast a huge collection of vinyl, CDs, and cassettes. They also have bumper stickers, unique postcards and retro pop culture trading cards. A superb vibe accompanied by laid back staff that will never hesitate to help you find the sound your looking for.
Incredible people, they put the McCartney Vinyl aside so I could come put it up quickly and pay without entering the store. They make sure the store doesn’t have too many people and everyone is safe. Awesome customer service objectives guys!
Incredible collection and size. Albums are very well organized, and their selection of used vinyls is fairly comprehensive. They also sell audio/video equipment, merch, and cute buttons. Staff is helpful -- I would compare them to a friendlier version of the staff in High Fidelity.
