I have been using Capital Vacuum for decades for all of my vacuum cleaner purchases and supplies. They make me feel like I am part of their family. Their service is outstanding and I would recommend them to any and everyone.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. I’m very happy and would recommend if your looking for a vacuum cleaner that is going to last.
These people know vaccuums. And we both have long hair and multiple pets so we are a hard case for vacuums. Hubby and I could not figure out how our Riccar was clogged but the guy at the service desk took a good look at it on the spot and pointed out where it was and how I could unclog it myself. He wouldn’t have charged me even. No 6 week wait, no huge charge just competent eyes helping people. It was a busy store today which is a testament to how they treat all customers. Glad I bought here. They sell the more high quality machines but they stand by them.
I have been using Capital Vacuum for years and would not go anywhere else. They are hands down the best for customer service too - always helpful and knowledgable. You won't be disappointed!
