From the first day we were there we were treated with dignity and concern for why we were there. We can’t say enough about Dr. Scott Smith and his crew; nurses, lab personnel and treatment personnel. Everyone just knows how to make you feel safe, comfortable and yes, loved. This group is what you what you are looking for if you want the care for your loved one. Thank you all for your support!!!

Overall not really a great hospital but The beds are uncomfortable and kind of do not allow sleep.How do you expect to recover when it’s hard to sleep.Also there was a Big roach in the room.
The nurses and doctors are great! They are kind and very helpful. I thank God for them. I pray that God keeps them healthy and safe, and continues to give them precise wisdom to provide excellent care to all the patients. Amen.
All patients and employees are checked for body temperatures. Safety is a must here. That's why this hospital is one of the top in NC. To top that they have excellent patient care where patients are satisfied with admissions to care to discharge! They really value safety and professionalism as well as cleanliness. You would see It in their super tidy rooms, beds, linens and must of all their bathrooms! The hospital is amazingly upright in that sense. Not to include the courteous employees from the janitor to nurses, doctors and administration. What else can you ask for. This is the hospital to be in especially in this time of pandemic where you know the goal is caring for the patients and their families.
So nice! I felt the doctor took time with me and did not rush me out of there. Everyone again was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable when I was a bit nervous about my medical issue.
