I'm new to CPAP and very apprehensive. Samantha, the technician who gave me my machine, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. A few days later I had occasion to call the company to ask a question, and received the same wonderful service. Highly recommend Family Medical Supply.

Do not try to buy cpap supplies here. They will not sell me just the strap that goes on my mask...a piece of fabric that holds the mask i have to my face...without a prescription.i have a doctor and sleep study at the v.a. in durham but i have to have a prescriprion to buy a replacement piece of cloth. Lady tried to tell me i couldnt order without a rx even on amazon. SHE is wrong!! But just hoping i can hold out another two days without it. They have it in this store and wont help. They should remove the fish symbol from their logo while they are at it. Only billing insurance is NOT what Jesus would do!! Dont pretend to be something you are not
