This is a no frills, scratch kitchen eatery. The service was efficient and friendly. The food fresh cooked and piping hot arriving at table. The alligator tail and waffle fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The menu is authentic Cajun cuisine and all items cooked fresh to order. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Cajun cuisine, or like me just love alligator tail and have a hard time finding it. The staff here take pride in the food they prepare and it shows. If I had any complaints, and it's more of a suggestion, it would be to turn on the heat in the dining room. I'm sure this will be addressed, so dont let it keep you from enjoying this dining experience.

Overpriced and over cooked. I just ordered the fried crawfish tails. 17 dollars and I get back what looks like popcorn shrimp and tasted like rubber. The fries were cold and unsalted and the hushpuppies were dry and bland. I had to soak them in cocktail sauce and the fries in ketchup just to get most of them down. My girlfriend got the cajun shrimp boil. The shrimp were good size but had no flavor. The potatoes and corn had obviously been sitting for hours. Definitely will not be coming back.

I tried Secrets for the first time today. I had the Cajun Shrimp Boil (medium hot Secrets sauce) and Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. It was delicious... almost thought I was in the NOLA. I will definitely be going back again. They said they’ve been open for one year, but I’m just now discovering them. They are the best kept little secret in this shopping center area.

First coming into the restaurant you notice how clean and open it is. Then you see the huge menu on the wall. As you approach the counter you are greeted and that was very nice. The gentleman explained the menu in great detail. The wait was not too long for take out. When I got home the food was still hot and was very tasty. I will be back.
