Five star reviews for all around for them and well earned. This place has been a great help. I guess you could just order the stuff off of Amazon or something, but it’s just not the same. In store you can feel the weight of the racquet in your hand and they even let you demo them. The advice that they give is unrivaled with any other tennis shop that I’ve ever been to. Great customer service, amazing quality of work, and a great selection of tennis gear. Great job guys! Keep it up!

Been shopping around for a tennis racquet as a gift for a loved one. The older man in the store greeted me and was very helpful finding the perfect racquet. He was short and to the point, as many other comments point out. But I appreciate that personality. And he knows what he is talking about. Will definitely continue giving them my business!

I went to look for a racket for my mom who is just getting into tennis. I asked the older gentleman working if there were rackets made for left handed people. He just said "no". Then I asked if they change the way the grip spirals for left handed people. He replied "Who told you that? all rackets are the same." I was hoping for a little guidance on what to buy but he just seemed annoyed I was even in the store. Maybe just a bad day for him, but definitely killed my buying mood in under 10 seconds so I just said thank you and left.

Jim and Tim always go above and beyond. They have been my go to for two years now. They do quality work that just can't be found anywhere else. Give these guys a chance and you won't go anywhere else.

Went to buy 2 pairs of tennis shoes with an outsole durability guarantee for my daughter (one for tennis and one for outdoor basketball practice) and at least 2 tennis rackets, possibly the Wilson Clash 100 and the Babolat Pure Drive or Aero Drive. She liked both the Gel Resolution 8's as well as the Wilson Kaos. However, the older man selling the shoes was extremely rude, but only to us, not to customers of a different complexion. Younger man stringing tennis rackets was polite, courteous, and professional. Could have easily bought online, but decided to support local business and develop relationships. Would have easily spent 1000 on two pairs of tennis shoes and two rackets, and that's only for my daughter, include myself and my wife and thats at least 3 life long customers who will need shoes, rackets, attire, strings, etc., but after witnessing the demeanor of the older man for a good 20 minutes, decided to spend our money elsewhere.
