The owner Patrick goes above and beyond for customers! As soon as I walked in he was friendly and polite, fitted me for the braces I needed, and ordered one that wasn’t in store. I got that brace within 2 days. Just a really great experience.

I went in for a bed guard for my dad Patrick was very helpful and even put the rail together for me it was ready in a hour talk about great service at no charge.
Patrick knows the value of great customer service. I needed a part for an old hospital bed, and other surgical supply stores wouldn’t help me because I didn’t buy the bed from them (it was given to me). Patrick got the part for me, and got it for a great price.
One of the only family ran places around anymore. Excellent customer service & very helpful staff. Actually care about their customers.
Unbelievable service! Stayed open because they knew we were coming. Even came out to the car to measure my 96 year-old mother's wrists for her wrist guards so she wouldn't have to come in the store. Doesn't get better than this. Thank you!
