Whidbey Party Girls

Rein Fire Ranch is the perfect place to have a wedding or event. The grounds are pristine, the venue is well appointed and the team are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Rein Fire Ranch has a dreamy wedding garden, a reception site that has tables and chairs, cafe lighting, a dance floor and so much more, just bring your guests and dance the night away! The charm this venue offers is a must see place. As a wedding planner, stepping in to another venue's house that offers full service planning and execution, Rich and his team were a dream to work with. They are very accommodating and generous with their time, ideas and services. I cannot recommend this venue enough. I just wish they were located closer to Whidbey Island where we are located so I could work with them more!

Hands down the best venue to work with! Rich and George (the owners) were simply amazing. They held our hand through the planning process, answering our questions, providing suggestions, and made sure our day was as perfect as we dreamed it would be. The venue is stunning and you honestly don't need to decorate it with a lot, because it's beautiful the way it is. Though, you could totally make it your own for your wedding day or rent some decor from what they have in stock. Unlike some other venues in Washington, this venue does offer a rain plan. I highly recommend that if you want your wedding to be outdoors, that you consider a place that can give you both options, because well...it's Washington and no matter what time of year it is, it could rain. Rein Fire Ranch was amazing in having both options and takes care of everything if we needed to make last minute ceremony placement arrangements due to the weather. Luckily we didn't have to worry about it as much, as the rain stopped the morning of. The sun came out to play and became the most gorgeous fall day ever. We can't thank Rich and George enough for letting us get married on their property and for being the best partners in crime through the planning process. :)

I have visited this venue several times and just CAN'T GET ENOUGH! The owners are wonderful, the space is charming and befitting a top shelf wedding experience, the grounds are perfectly designed to take more pictures than your photographer can handle... and don't forget the special mule for your cold beverages while you enjoy the views and connect with friends and family!

Thanks for the carbon monoxide poisoning. The business set up about 10 standing out door propane heaters in a small sealed barn giving us carbon monoxide to breath in during an event there. Completely unsafe. It is a beautiful place but the safety hazard outweighs the look.
