Probably one of the most reasonable and understanding landlords I've ever had! I never a bad experience staying here and would still be a tenant if I hadn't relocated for work. On top of the great landlord, Highland Hills has excellent prices and great units! 10/10 would recommend!

I have yet to experience living here but the Management is so nice and polite. The landlord Katie is amazing to work with she makes the process so simple and easy and when you're trying to find a place things can be frustrating so she's like the Angel of Apartment Manager's lol.
This place is the poorest excuse for a business and the worst customer service. Excuse after excuse about repairs to a furnace. Hi to whoever the landlord is. You are endangering a family right now with your poor excuses and zero empathy. Instead of being a poor excuse of a human fix the furnace people don’t want to have to take legal action.
Highland hills is the best. Such a friendly, clean, happy environment. Katie and her staff are AMAZING. 10/10 highly recommend.
The worst place I've ever stayed. Nothing worked well but the kitchen sink. The bathtub didn't drain properly, refrigerator was broken, oven didn't work, and worst of all was the manager by the name of Katie who evicted me and two other colleagues out for no reason. The place was cleaned once a week by her and a couple other minions and they'll look through and even take your belongings. It's way over priced and you could be inconvenienced majorly by the manager who is either off her medication or on the wrong medication. Even if your desperate and a contractor don't roll the dice!!! Very unstable habitat at \Highland Hills\! Good luck all...Wish I could given ZERO STARS!
