Put my trust in your company to install 4 tires. Needed a new TPMS sensor on the RF wheel. After replacing the tires and sensor you couldn’t reset the TPMS. As an ASE certified and GM certified retired and disabled technician I know about cars very well! After picking up the vehicle had horrible noise while driving. Went back to the store. Technician left the RF wheel loose. Technician tightened the wheel and said sorry. That doesn’t cut it. Could have been a deadly mistake. Took the vehicle to a GM dealership to fix your mistake. You replaced the wrong sensor. Dealership pointed out the damage to both side rocker panels from setting the service rack incorrectly! Very UNprofessional service! Will NEVER go back! Have called corporate headquarters and am waiting for a district manager to call me. This is very uncalled for as I have enough to worry about with Covid in my family and is very serious! Very angry and dissatisfied customer! This so called technician has no business working on customer vehicles. Hope you’re ready for some law suits if this technician keeps ruining customer vehicles This better be resolved as I will continue until it is and I’m satisfied. The manager did say in the technicians defense “he’s only been here a couple of days”. REALLY!?!? Don’t go to this horrible place! After taking vehicle to the body shop found out there’s 3,735. Worth of damage! Wow! Sure glad I took my vehicle there. NOT!

This was my first time going here and I like this place they are so nice. I will be back again.
Took my vehicle back in July to have my radiator replaced cause the original one blew. I called yesterday to see if they could pressure check my coolant system which the said it would cost 23.99 before tax. I know the radiator is still under warranty, the pressure check should be free for me having warranty. They said they replaced the radiator with a new one back in July but it is a refurbished radiator, which they charged me full price for a new and didn't get it. They are conartists and untrustworthy will not be going back there for anything I need done. I will Never recommend them to anyone ever for life.
