I was treated like a real person, with real feelings. The whole staff was wonderful. The radiologist (Dr Scherbach) who did the biopsy, was very professional, and thorough. Thank you for caring about me as a person and spending so much time explaining the procedure. A very calming atmosphere overall.

The entire team at Spring Ridge Imaging center was amazing. I had my annual 3D mammogram appointment, which of course is never something you look forward to. I was called back for a second look - mammogram and ultrasound. The tech and doc found a suspicious area so small I am amazed they could see it at all. A biopsy was needed which took place at the office As well. Yes , it was early stage 1 breast cancer. Had it not been for these amazing people with expert experience with reading mammograms this would have advanced to a much worse case scenario. Thank you for saving my life and catching this so early. I recommend Spring Ridge Imaging center to all!
I went there for a 3D mammography, which went fine. The nurses were wonderful!! However, there was a question of a \ bad place\ in my breast. I went back for a biopsy and the Radiologist messed it up badly. I now have to have it redone, by a surgeon. I am angry and upset that it wasn't done properly. The mammogram and the nursing staff were wonderful. Just wouldn't recommend a biopsy there!!
When I tried to make an appointment I experienced poor customer service. I could never reach an actual person when I called, and I tried several times. After a wait, they returned my call. I tried to make an appointment but was left on hold until the call went back to a different operator who then asked me to repeat the info I'd previously given. The experience makes me question how they would handle the test results. This used to be a great place to have services done; I hope they will reflect on the patient experience and improve.
Absolutely ridiculous. This hospital is the face of greed and disgrace of the county. They made me wait for more than 45 minutes and were taking everyone that got there after me. And when I complained and asked what’s going on they said the rooms are full and other people are getting other things done. They are having 3D mammograms and yours is not. Unbelievable!!! So because I chose not to have the most expensive mammogram they make me wait more than the rest??? I’d rather travel to Lancaster than coming back to this place.
