Real Simple Energy was exactly how it sounds. I have been using their services for nearly a year now and it was the easiest sign up. They switched my contract after the first six months to get me a new low rate. They have saved me a lot of money and a lot of headache because I no longer have to negotiate rates with companies or even research and compare best offers. Highly recommend!

Great service that cut my bill by half.
I've been with Real Simple Energy for a few months now after coming across their advertisement in a Houston on the Cheap newsletter. Being that I don't know anything about the electricity world, other than paying my bill, I am so happy that Real Simple Energy has been created to take the worry off the customer. They are knowledgeable about kilowatts, pricing, plans, etc and they are a true advocate for the customer. I am at ease knowing they check my bill for any discrepancies before it even gets to me and they will communicate with the electronic company on my behalf if an error is found which means that's less I have to do as in calling the company, being on hold or transferred around. I love, love, Love Real Simple Energy!!!

We switched over to Real Simple Energy from V247 (a middle man electricity company) for about 4 months now. We chose the fixed rate 6-month plan. So far, we’re very happy with their service, the cost savings, and the transparency. It’s also very easy to contact customer service via Em. We also like the option of choosing electricity from renewable sources. I highly recommend this company!
