I have had the privilege to work with RealFood Consulting many times with several different projects. I was first introduced to the team when the companies co-founder and culinary director left. Ed and his team dove in and not only helped us develop our menu but fine-tune it to better cross utilize products and reduce the ever-expanding need for more workforce. The goal was recipes and the results were impacted all over our P&L and operating procedures. The team at RealFood helped us design a very complicated space. It was round. How do you produce, store and serve in a round building with walls of glass? They created a space that was not only stunning but functional. They use innovative technology to help you see and understand the finished product. Over the years RealFood as been my go-to team for nearly every challenge I have faced in restaurants. Used RealFood to help design two restaurant spaces that had some real layout challenges. Matt D was our main point of contact and he was incredible. Not only did he manage to get everything we needed in the limited spaces but he also managed to utilize the space better then we could have ever asked for.
