Sam took incredible care of my Family and provided us with a product that was better than I thought I could afford. Along with his team our Basketball Goal was installed, with absolutely zero mess to my driveway, yard or fence, in less than 10 days. This was impressive enough, but when you consider that we had 3 different snow storms during this time that produced a total of 15 inches of snow, this was customer service at its finest. In total the crew came out three times and each time they were timely and professional. Get your Basketball Goal from these guys and you will be thrilled. Sun is out now and my family has played every day since.

After doing some research online we wanted to see and test out a Springfree Trampoline, so we headed to the Cincinnati location and found the service from the phone call to setup an appointment, to our visit, purchase, and installation to be excellent! The staff was very helpful and informative about the product. The service was also very quick....our trampoline was delivered and installed in less than a week. Our family is going make a lot of fun memories! Great purchase and great experience! Thanks!
We had a very poor experience trying to purchase a swing set. There was zero communication after we made our deposit as to when someone would come inspect the yard or even when the crew would show up to install. It was very hard to get our sales rep on the phone/email. When I called the store to inquire the day before we were scheduled for an install, I was told that “they just don’t have time to get to everyone” and they’re “not fully staffed” using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service. Recreations Outlet is taking on more orders than they can fulfill and they treated us extremely rudely. We cancelled our order and will spend our 4k on a swing set from another company.
Bought a 8 by 13 oval trampoline from recreational outlets during the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic ( we could not see the trampoline at the store due to the virus). We were very unhappy with the size of the trampoline when it was installed. We were told we could switch it out for a larger one for the price difference plus installation only to find out a week later we had to pay an ADDITIONAL 350 for a RESTOCKING FEE. We paid over 2,300 for a trampoline that is way too small for our kids. Not happy that we were not told of this policy, very poor costumer service. USUALLY customer service is important to companies. Apparently not with Recreational Outlets!
From the showroom, to purchasing, to installation and follow up service, we could not be happier with our playset. The materials are high quality, the installation crew was fast, clean, and polite, and when I had a question about one extra piece that didn’t make it to our home, it was immediately shipped to us. Now our two year old wakes up every day and immediately asks to “go to the playground,” and our older kids are spending less time in front of their screens.
