I am really glad I found this place and the reviews are truthful. I needed my snowblower serviced as it wouldn't work with the most recent snowstorm we had. I goolged for repair shops in the area and scoured reviews until this business caught my eye. I called and was met with a friendly person on the other end who helped work me into the schedule. Shortly before Christmas they picked up my snowblower and just delivered it today. The price was reasonable and I'm happy to have saved hundreds of dollars I would have spent on a new blower. I will be using them for my other equipment and I'm already spreading the word. Every person I dealt with was professional and kind especially the delivery and pickup guys. Thank you! - K. Bunn
This place deserves 10 stars! My chainsaw blew up the other day, I took it to Bill's to see if it could be repaired. It was economically unrepairable, no surprise really. While I was picking up my dead saw. I asked him to show me what he had to sell me for a new one and told him what my purpose would be. He took the time to show me exactly what I needed and exactly the benefits of that particular saw. Price for the new saw seems way more than fair to me. He also took the time to give me some tips on care and feeding of my new saw. Nothing short of outstanding customer service!! I would definitely recommend dropping in here if you need anything from chainsaws to lawn mowers to weed eaters.
