Stopped in for a great meal at the Eau Claire location with my family. Service was phenomenal. Started off with Calamari which was a nice sized helping and excellent tasting. The Lobster linguini had a perfect balance of noodles to lobster consistency. The manager was kind enough to great us 3/4 of the way through our meal to see if there was anything else they could do. Extremely pleased with our visit. 5 stars

Very nice staff ! Wonderful food we hadn't been to a red lobster in years! Me my husband and our friends went today for valentines day, I had reservations and they were SO understanding about my husbands car not starting because it was SO cold outside , and they still gave us our table even though we were late, we really really appreciated that so much! we definitely wanna come here next year for valentines day! This is what my husband and I had today! So delicious!

We brought the kids in 10 minutes to close (we thought they were open later than that). We told the server that it was okay to rush our food out because we didn't want to keep everyone there late, she insisted that it wasn't a problem and went even further and told us that she comes in late so she can stay and take late tables and doesn't mind at all! She told us just to take our time and enjoy our meal, we really did. then she did every step of her job so well I almost felt like we got VIP treatment! Kudos to her, and to whoever trained her.
Really enjoyed my meal of crab legs, but they didn't seem as hot as they should have been when they came out to the table. Also, wished I could have had a side salad instead of a caesar salad to go with my meal. The ambiance was nice and the food was good.
Their online pickup system does not send the notification of arrival to the proper place, so you just sit in your car while your food gets cold. This was admitted to me by the worker, CYNTHIA W, who is the RUDEST person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Upon calling the store to speak with the General Manager as specified at the bottom of the pickup receipt, I was informed that nobody is provided with the GM's schedule and that I will just have to keep calling back in order to actually speak with the GM instead of a "'manager' on duty". It's been well over a year since the "covid rules and guidelines". How is it that in over a year, national chains still don't have their processes nailed down? Also, how is it that a location is so unaccountable that the manager can sneak in and out as they please? Simply the fact that the GM is purposely inaccessible is enough for me to NEVER spend my hard-earned dollars here again.
When I'm traveling I have certain places I can count on to have a good meal. Red Lobster is always on my travel list. It's all about those cheddar biscuits, hot and fresh....lol. When I entered the host greeted me with a friendly smile and seated me immediately. I noticed at least 2 hand sanitizer stations with face mask if needed. They observed covid protocol, all the staff were wearing a mask and tables were spread out. FYI...I usually order the clam chowder and a side salad. So delicious and hits the spot after driving 10 hours.
Great seafood and our waiter was the best waiter we have ever had in my life great customer service there cheddar biscuits are to die for will go again order something else
