Recently reopened to dine-in service by our glorious leader in Illinois, there were no lines, no waiting, even though the parking lot was packed. Service was exceptional, until the food was brought to the table! Then it seemed like the waiter went on break, as he disappeared for what seemed like 10 minutes, before checking back in on us. No refills offered on water or biscuits, which was disappointing. Portion size on the fish & chips appeared lunch size, instead of dinner size, but it was still delicious and satisfying. Maybe they knew I needed help in portion control, anyway! Salt and pepper was another "ask for" item that took forever to arrive. Thermostat on the wall rarely made it over 69, which necessitated eating with our coats on for the meal. Just a little too cold for inside dining, in my opinion. Maybe they were just getting back into the swing of things, after being shut down forever, but even with a pared down menu, and unable to operate at full capacity, the dining experience tonight seemed to be lacking, over previous visits to this particular restaurant. Still, Red Lobster is a special event restaurant where we go to celebrate birthdays, and I'm sure, will continue to do so in the future. Let's just hope things get back to normal soon.

Scrumptious shrimp..I had a feast of shrimp, son had coconut shrimp. Had no desire to go fast food. Service more than excellent! Worth EVERy SINGLE PENNY!
I haven't been to a Red lobster in several years and now I remember why. We were seated right away with no problem, at a table next to the kitchen which I really don't like. Our waiter was very friendly. Our bread was greasy. My alfredo was bland and my boyfriend shrimp scampi was bland as well. I think it'll be a few more years before I go back to Red lobster
We ordered crab legs, shrimp, and the lobster. Everything was salty, especially the crab legs. How someone can mess up crab legs like they did is beyond me. The lobster tails were extremely low quality and poorly cooked. Never coming back here and I dont recommend anyone coming here.
Red Lobster was amazing as always! Even coming on Valentine's day, we only had to wait about 15mins. All of the food was great. We had the ultimate feast. The service was great. It was pricey, but we knew to expect that. It's perfect for a rare treat.
Good service. Food was good as well but a lot of the normal menu was not available. Couldn't even get a side salad.
Even during trying pandemic times, the employees here go out of their way to ensure great hospitality, which makes it feel like home.
Visited 04/14/21 (Wednesday). Requested a sangria to learn that their delivery truck expected Tuesday hadn't yet come...no bid deal. I ordered the ultimate feast as my meal which turned into the smallest cluster of crab that was highly watered down and shredded to pieces. I couldn't even taste the crab due to how watered down it was. I'd rather the meal be not offered due to the delivery truck not coming than to pay so much for such poor quality. The waitress was slow and lacked care in her position it appeared. I'm not a picky person in any way and am very forgiving but this trip to RL was a huge disappointment. I'll be skipping RL until their quality improves.
